New demo video up :) And another coming later today (provided I get through this to-do list quickly before 7 pm EST).
Progress shot of a painting I haven’t touched in a couple years. Now that it’s spring again, I think it’s time to revisit it.
If You’ve been hanging around livestream sessions lately (<- click to watch), you’ve been well acquainted with my Rock-It Girl. If not, you’re missing out. There’s over 5 hours of video on this piece already (technically more but the last recording isn’t showing up, and this worries me).
Click the image to enlarge and check out the sweet, sweet detail of a painting that has accrued over 7 hours of work (so far — 2 of the hours were not saved on the livestream channel due to a glitch in the system).
I’m pressed for time and filled with work over here, so I may not get back to this until the weekend. Planning no livestreaming the rest of the process (or at least recording it in some capacity).

Progress on a new painting. Mainly a study in caramel skin tone. More progress soon.
I always find it interesting to see where a painting begins and where it ends and what’s learned from the process.
